1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
1.1. The general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter referred to as "GTC", detailed below apply to any purchase of products or services made on the online store www.atelierLILET.com. The LILET brand is the exclusive property of LILET SARL.
1.2. LILET SARL reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these GTC. The version of the GTC applicable to any sale is the one appearing online on the site www.atelierliet.com at the time of the order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order requires the whole preliminary adhesion and, without reserve, with the CGV by the customer.
2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. The conclusion of the contract is made by the customer, when the latter has completely filled out the order page and clicked on the "Buy" button. The customer remains bound to his order for one week. If the order is accepted by LILET, the sales contract is formed in a binding manner as indicated below.
2.2 Once the customer has placed an order, an email is sent to the customer confirming receipt of the order. This confirmation of receipt of the order is for the sole purpose of informing the customer that LILET has received the order.
2.3. The contract shall only come into effect if LILET declares its acceptance of the contract by sending an invoice to the customer, by confirming the order (order acceptance confirmation), by confirming by e-mail that the goods have left LILET's warehouse (dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivering the goods.
2.4. The contract shall only apply to the products mentioned in the invoice received by the Customer, the order acceptance confirmation or the dispatch confirmation.
2.5. The contract shall be concluded in the French language. The data recorded by LILET shall serve as proof of the conclusion of the contract and for the transaction.
2.6. The customer has the possibility to open a customer account, in which he/she can consult the information resulting from the order. LILET reserves the right to block customer accounts at its own discretion and without giving reasons.
3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
3.1. The prices stated in the offer at the time of the order shall apply.
3.2. The prices of the products are displayed in Euro (€), Swiss Francs (CHF) or American Dollar (USD), all taxes are included (VAT), except for customs fees, and other possible taxes depending on the country where the goods are delivered.
3.3. Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
3.4. LILET reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. LILET reserves the right not to ship products with incorrectly displayed prices. However, LILET will promptly notify the Customer of any pricing discrepancies. LILET reserves the right to make a refund or to propose and send an alternative product.
3.5. The products must be fully paid at the time when the order is placed.
3.6. Delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. Delivery charges vary according to the service chosen by the customer. Only the price list applicable at the time of the validation of the order by the customer is applicable, subject to modification of point 3.4.
4. PAYMENT AND RETENTION OF TITLE
4.1. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and correct data for all payments. The misuse of identity or the use of data acquired in a criminal manner is considered a misdemeanor and/or felony and is punishable by law in the sense of Article 146 Swiss Penal Code, respectively Article 147 Swiss Penal Code and may be prosecuted.
4.2. The payment of purchases is made via the platform made available on the LILET website. This may vary according to requirements and LILET therefore reserves the right to make changes.
4.3. LILET reserves the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the invoice amount. This implies the retention of the order before full payment.
4.4. The LILET website is intended for the needs of private customers only. Purchases made for the purpose of resale are prohibited by LILET and LILET SARL.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
5.1. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the customer when validating his order.
5.2. The transfer of risks (loss, deterioration of the product), takes place at the time of the handing-over of the product to the conveyor beforehand chosen by the customer.
5.3. Any claim for damages due to a delay in delivery is excluded.
5.4 In the event of a return, the goods remain the property of the customer until the goods have been received and accepted in writing by LILET. (See section 7 "Right of Return")
5.5 In the case of impossibility of delivery, due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect by the customer, no re-shipment will be made. The customer will be refunded within approximately 14 days after the goods are receipt by LILET, which will deduct the cost of returning the goods from the refund.
6. OBLIGATION TO INSPECT, CLAIM AND LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
6.1. Upon receipt of the package the customer has the legal obligation to examine its contents, and to report any defects found without delay to our customer service: sav@atelierLILET.com
6.2. The non-identifiable defects, will have to be communicated at once by email to: sav@atelierlier.com after having been discovered, failing which the products will be considered accepted.
6.3. The articles are considered accepted, insofar as the customer has not communicated a complaint by e-mail to the customer service within 8 days after delivery.
6.4 In case of complaint, all the documentation of the products is to be kept, as well as the article or the articles concerned and this in their original packing.
6.5. The defective product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect(s). The buyer will receive an email with the return address of the goods after receiving the written complaint. The costs of return shipment are to be supported by the customer.
6.6 In the event of a defective product, LILET undertakes to follow the provisions of the law (an exchange, a refund of the price or its reduction depending on the circumstances).
6.7. The return of goods must strictly follow the procedure listed in the point above.
6.8. The delivered products may differ from the images shown on the website, no claim for defects can be made if these changes are reasonable.
7. RIGHT OF RETURN
7.1. The Customer has a period of sixteen (16) calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise his right of return.
7.2. The costs of returning items (shipping and handling) are the responsibility of the customer.
7.3. In all cases of return, the respect of the following conditions is essential:
7.3.1. The article must be sent in its original packaging,
7.3.2. Which will have been preserved in an adequate state.

7.4. LILET reserves the right to refuse any goods which it believes, in its sole discretion, do not meet the above return criteria.
7.5. Provided LILET believes that the above return requirements have been met, the returned goods may be refunded or exchanged as required by the customer.
7.6. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
7.7. LILET will make a full refund as soon as possible after receiving the goods, once they have been examined and accepted.
7.8. A confirmation email will then be sent to the customer informing them of the receipt of their items and the refund or exchange made.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. LILET's responsibility for any item purchased on the LILET website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that item.
8.2. LILET will not be responsible for any problem that occurs during or as a result of your visit to www.atelierlier.com. Furthermore, LILET assumes no responsibility for damage that has not occurred to the goods themselves, including consequential damage, loss of profit or any other material loss suffered by the customer.
9. DATA PROTECTION - INTERNET COOKIES
9.1. LILET undertakes to comply with the legislation applicable to the protection of the customer's private sphere as well as with the rules issued by the ASVPC. This declaration is an integral part of these GTC.
9.2. The banking information transmitted by the customer is never in the possession of LILET, the transactions are processed exclusively by our partners in charge of direct debits for sales.
9.3. LILET (www.atelierlier.com) on its website uses permanent cookies. The customer's transactions are recorded in order to facilitate future visits to the LILET website and future orders, and in order to provide more suitable offers. The customer can change the cookies at any time in the security settings of the web browser used, otherwise the cookies are considered accepted if the customer continues to browse the LILET website.
9.4. For the purposes of analysis, market research, marketing and internal statistics, LILET uses the customer's data via Google Analytics in an anonymous manner.
9.5. No customer information will be passed on to third parties, it will be used for the purpose of executing the online sale in the best possible way: processing of orders and payments, for statistical analysis, for delivery as well as for communication with the customer and internal marketing.
9.6. By subscribing to the LILET newsletter, the Customer agrees that LILET may use his/her data to send him/her regular offers and other information about LILET.
10. SAFEGUARD CLAUSE AND RESERVATION OF MODIFICATION
LILET reserves the right to adapt or modify these GTC (general terms and conditions of sale) at any time. The version of the GTC applicable is the one visible on the LILET website at the time of the order. Therefore, the customer implicitly accepts the entirety and without reservation of these GTC at the time of the order.
11. APPLICABLE LAW / PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) are subject exclusively to Swiss law as well as all processes and transactions that are the subject of them for customers resident in Switzerland.
For customers domiciled abroad, the commercial law of the country of habitual residence of the customer in question shall apply.
