Shipping costs and delivery times:

Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen, as well as the destination country. This information will be indicated to you at checkout, after you have filled in your address and your choice of delivery method.
Delivery times are from the moment you receive an email confirming the sending of your order (on average 48 hours after payment, standard working days.)

Taxes and customs fees:

For orders outside the European Union, you may be requested to pay taxes or customs duties not included in the cost of the order.
International taxes or customs fees vary depending on the country of the destination address. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return:

You have a period of 16 days from receipt of your package to return the items. The returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Only the articles in their entirety (labels and accessories) will be accepted in return. The returned items must be intact (not worn or washed), otherwise the items will not be accepted and LILET will not be able to proceed with the refund. For more information, please refer to GTC…

1. Please reuse the box with which the product(s) was sent to you if you still have it. (LILET values waste reduction).
Otherwise, choose a standardized package from your postal services.
Place the product in its original packaging (labels and intact product, see GTC)
2. Please annotate the return form of your order that you received in your parcel, indicating the item(s) you are returning. If you no longer have this page, please write down the order number of the item(s) you are returning on a sheet.
3. Choose your carrier, and select the delivery method with tracking. You may be asked for your tracking number.
4. Send the return package to the following address:

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for any reason, size, color... please return the product(s) and place a new order.
